Job Description:
- Managing all HR division actvities to ensure every duties and responsibilities are well realized and continue to improve more efficient systems (man power planning, recruitment, training & development, career planning, corporate programs, comben, administration to GA).
- Plan, organize and monitor HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (with good GPA).
- Max 32 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR field
- Have at least held a position as assistant manager / HR supervisor.
- Experience working in a startup company will be preferred.
